I was really hoping to avoid being charged for their yearly membership, but I couldn't figure out how to cancel it on their site. Whether it was a glitch or not, I quickly requested a refund so I could just pay for the month. They hit me with a $224 charge, and I only used their service for a single month. They flat out refused to give me my money back, and I genuinely only used it for that one month. I even went ahead and deactivated my account, but they still won’t refund me. Plus, they took $35 from my wallet that I hadn’t even used. Seriously, the customer service is the absolute worst.

They even said they’d give me 1000 Auto Credits, which I was cool with, but once I agreed, they pulled that offer and only gave me 100 Auto Credits instead. Now they’re claiming I can’t get a refund because I accepted that. It’s just blatant fraud and manipulation.

To top it all off, they charged me for another month at $9, even after I asked for the annual fee back. What the heck!

REALLY REALLY GREAT

I had to go through a ton of hassle just to get my subscription canceled. I started the cancellation 5 days ahead of when I was supposed to be charged again, but they STILL went ahead and billed me for another month and won’t give me my money back. It’s clear they don’t really care about their customers.

This is an awesome dropshipping site. Really good for anyone looking to start selling online.

This service is really misleading, and they don’t lay out all the costs upfront.

Typical drop shipping routers usually:
1. Have a monthly fee for posting.
2. Automate posting and orders.

But what they’re doing with Auto Ds is a total scam.
1. To process orders, you gotta earn credits first.

2. You can’t just charge the exact price of your item. For example, if you sell something for $258.95, you’ll need to make two deposits of $200 each, which adds up to $400, and then PayPal or Payoneer will hit you with a percentage fee on top of that.

3. Even if your customer pays taxes, they slap on another tax that’s over 10% of the sale.

4. Your monthly fees keep piling up even after your listings are done, and they don’t give you a heads-up.

If you think you can list a product with a $100 profit margin, be ready for them to whittle it down to around $10.

I really appreciate the support for my entire business.

Tried contacting them multiple times, but got zero replies. I definitely wouldn't suggest this place.

It's decent, but I'm unsure how to operate it. I really like it, just wish I knew the ropes.

AutoDS software looks pretty appealing for folks who are new to online selling. But hold up before you jump into any agreements with these desert-dwelling characters; they’re out to take your cash. Just keep in mind that AutoDS was designed to line the pockets of its creators, not to help beginners. They’ve earned the nickname AutoBS because all they really teach us is how to pull the wool over people's eyes. If you’re keen on facing struggles, losing your hard-earned money, and risking your eBay account getting shut down, then go ahead and use AutoDS.

There's no live chat available. Everything runs through an open ticket system. This makes it hard to trust the platform since there's no personal interaction. Mentorship also relies on open tickets. Imagine taking a university course where everything is done via tickets! They don't seem eager to enhance communication. Unlike other dropshipping companies that offer WhatsApp chat, Autods is missing that feature.

Auto Ds looks like a trustworthy site, but I'm running into issues with the drafts for eBay publishing. It just won’t load anything for me to upload at all.

I truly appreciate AutoDs, which is why I returned. I'm really pleased with the agent Jay Ann; her knowledge is impressive! She was the only one I trusted to resolve the error in my order. If I could, I'd give Jay Ann a full 10 stars!

I got hit with a membership charge even after reaching out twice to cancel before the trial ended.
